Return and Exchange Policy

At MadBro, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packaging slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process:

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process outlined above.
  2. Let us know the item you'd like to exchange it for, and we'll arrange for the exchange once we receive your return.

Note: Please allow 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to your MadBro Wallet for future purchases.

Refund Policy

At MadBro, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase and prefer a refund, we offer the following options:

Refund Method:

  • The refund amount will be transferred to your MadBro Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your MadBro Wallet.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
